We provide smart QR stickers. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data linked to your sticker. You understand that "Standard Reveal" mode makes your contact details public, and you do so at your own risk.

Third-Party Data: By activating your sticker, you consent to our system checking publicly available vehicle databases for safety information (like insurance validity). This data is cached solely for your benefit to provide renewal reminders.

3. Proper Use

You agree to use the stickers only for legal purposes. Harassment of other users or scanners via our messaging system will result in immediate termination of your service without refund.

5. Emergency Disclosure & Policy Override

In the interest of life-safety and vehicle security, the platform reserves the right to override user-selected privacy settings (such as "WhatsApp Only" mode) in documented cases of emergency (e.g., SOS scans or Stolen Vehicle reports). Additionally, if automated notification systems fail due to network issues at the user's or scanner's end, the system may reveal contact details to ensure the primary purpose of vehicle safety is met. QR Connects is not liable for such disclosures necessitated by external network failures.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR Connects shall not be liable for any damage to property, personal injury, or loss of privacy resulting from the use or misuse of the stickers or the online platform.

8. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature (like free lifetime usage) with a 30-day notice if required by operational costs or regulatory changes.
