4. Phone Number Privacy

By default, your phone number is private (WhatsApp Privacy Mode). In this mode, it is not directly visible to anyone scanning your QR code. We use automated systems to facilitate communication without revealing your identity. However, you acknowledge that in rare cases of network failures at the owner's or scanner's end that prevent digital notifications, the system may reveal your number to maintain the core utility of vehicle safety. QR Connects is not responsible for network-related failures outside its control.

Standard Reveal Mode (Explicit Consent)

If you explicitly choose "Standard Reveal" mode, you provide your consent to display your primary mobile number to anyone who scans your sticker. This setting can be toggled via your dashboard at any time.

5. Data Retention & Erasure

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services. Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the Right to Erasure. You can request the deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting our Data Protection Officer.
