QR Connects processes refunds only for orders that have not been dispatched. Due to the customized nature of the QR stickers, once a tracking ID is generated or the order is handed over to our logistical partner, we cannot offer a cancellation or monetary refund.
If your cancellation is approved (pre-shipping), the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment source (Credit Card, UPI, etc.) within 5-7 business days.
In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement sticker free of cost. Cash refunds are not typically provided for delivered items.
