1. Coverage

QR Connects currently ships exclusively within India. We aim to serve every pincode reachable by major courier partners listed by the Govt. of India.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeline

Once shipped, standard delivery times are as follows:

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
• Rest of India: 5-7 business days.
• Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout. We may offer free shipping on bulk orders or during special promotional periods.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification with the tracking details and the name of the delivery partner.
